Reservations and payment

All reservations start as enquiries sent via WhatsApp. Final confirmation depends on apartment availability. Payment is made on site in cash unless otherwise agreed. Prices are indicative and depend on dates and length of stay.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy depends on agreement. Please notify any changes or cancellations as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to charge for nights in case of late cancellation according to the agreed terms.

Liability

All information on the site is provided in good faith. We are not liable for any errors or omissions. Outdoor activities (rafting, hiking, jeep tours) are carried out by independent local guides, and participation is at the guest's own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, photos, logo, design — is protected and may not be used without our written permission.
